My family and I love this place! We have been coming here since I was a kid with my Grandmother, my Dad and his side of the family. My Dad would start with warm Italian bread, an order of fried calamari, and a glass of Chianti as soon as he sat down. This weekend was my sister's birthday this weekend no doubt she wanted to come to E&V for the chicken parm (she usually has the chicken & shrimp parm). We always start with the fried calamari. The gravy (red sauce) is the same delicious taste that I always look forward to. I usually order the salmon with clams. And we always order the tiramisu. It's a family affair for us. Herman is always our waiter, even though he has been running the place for years. We will be back next month as we have decided to meet monthly as a family💞

My sister and I took my for Mother's Day luncheon they didnt disappoint. Food was on point. Sis n I ordered eggplant parm w/ spagetti mom ordered calamari an ziti. Food came out hot. Shout to our server Betty. Food is always delish.

We really enjoy coming here!! The food was tasty, the portions were good, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was also good and everyone was friendly. The atmosphere feels a little outdated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal and we’d definitely go back.

I'm a 69 year old patersonian Italan,Born and raised. This place was the one of the best in paterson, and the meatball parm was out of this world. So I was in the area and got one. It was bad, the meat balls were like sawdust with no tast, the bread use to come from Menards Bakery and was great, but no more. It tasted like bread from south jersey stale, dry, and rubbery. I have to admit the sauce wasn't to bad, and the service was exalent. But I was really disappointed that such a great small pizza polars turned into something worse than olive garden. 😞

I've been coming here since I was a pre teen , around 1975. Nothing changed food is great! service is excellent. Huge menu , huge portions, good prices, I'm never disappointed. From coming here as a 12 year old kid , to bringing my dates here in my 20's and 30's to now in my sixties, you can not go wrong with E&V.
